Start Date of Development

On May 20, 2026, the Co. Lab Health system was officially conceived and development commenced under the leadership of its sole developer, Paul Adrian O. Pascual. The project was initiated with the vision of creating a modern, secure, and patient-centered digital healthcare platform that streamlines laboratory service bookings, patient management, and healthcare operations.

As the sole developer, Paul Adrian O. Pascual was responsible for the complete software development lifecycle, including system planning, architecture design, user interface and user experience (UI/UX) design, database architecture, backend and frontend development, API integration, security implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance, and continuous system improvements.

From its initial development, the system has continuously evolved through multiple iterations, incorporating new features, performance enhancements, security improvements, and compliance with healthcare industry standards. The platform was designed to provide an efficient, reliable, and scalable solution for patients, healthcare providers, and laboratory partners while establishing a strong technological foundation for future expansion and innovation.
